Version 9 has some of AusFleet's biggest UI improvements, enhancements, and optimisations to date, along with aggregating all the changes deployed to clients throughout 20/21. These included:

  • A modernised look for a user-friendly experience

  • Revised hire calendar with a simpler and clearer layout, improved filtering, and date change option

  • ‘Current’ and ‘Historical’ job tabs in R&M module to improve speed and performance

  • Easy single sign-on with ADFS and Azure AD

  • Expired driving licence notification for drivers and operators

  • Job import automation

  • Drag and drop column selection in Personnel module

  • Automated emailing of jobs to depots

  • Option to enter inspection date and time for desktop pre-start and periodic checklists

Early 2022 will be AusFleet's next major release, 9.2. This release will focus on our hire module, which will have a recurring booking function, replacement budget forecasting module improvements and more. We will continue to update all our clients to Version 9 in the coming year.
